The HY3200 liquid level transmitter uses a high-performance diffusion silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as the measuring element to accurately measure the static pressure of the liquid directly proportional to the depth of the liquid level. It is then converted into a standard (current or voltage) signal output through a signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear correspondence between the output signal and the depth of the liquid, and achieving the measurement of the depth of the liquid. The product has high precision and small size. It can be directly put into the liquid to measure the liquid height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid level, making it convenient to use. Suitable for liquid level measurement and control in the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering, power plants, urban water supply, and hydrological exploration.
After long-term aging and stability screening, the product's performance is stable and reliable, suitable for use in harsh outdoor environments. At the same time, it can display on-site liquid levels, with zero and full range transferability.

1、 Product selection
1. It is recommended to use a 2088 shell type liquid level transmitter for outdoor working conditions. If a direct lead type liquid level transmitter is selected under outdoor conditions, the customer's terminal needs to be connected to a waterproof junction box or other sealing measures.
When the product is installed in a thunderstorm prone area, it should be noted with "lightning protection" when ordering. It is also recommended that users install lightning protection devices on site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded, which can reduce the probability of lightning damage to the transmitter.
2、 Installation in still water (deep wells, pools, liquid tanks, etc.)
Installation tips:
1. When measuring the static fluid level in an open container, place the level transmitter vertically at the bottom of the container, and fix the cable and junction box connecting the transmitter at the opening of the container.
2. When the medium viscosity is high (such as in a sewage tank), a sleeve or bracket can be installed to ensure that the transmitter can be inserted into the bottom of the container.
3. When installing in the open air, the transmitter junction box should be placed in a well ventilated and dry place as much as possible to avoid direct exposure to strong light and rain, which may cause excessive temperature or water ingress to the housing, thereby damaging the internal circuit board.
3、 Installation in dynamic water (rivers, lakes, etc.)
Installation tips:
1. When measuring the water level in flowing water, when the medium fluctuates greatly, a steel pipe with an inner diameter of ≥ 5 centimeters can be inserted into the waterway. Several pipes can be opened at different heights in the opposite direction of the water flow when the pipe invading the water is located Φ A small hole around 5 allows water to enter the pipe and fix the cable and junction box at the outlet of the pipe.
2. When the water channel medium fluctuates and sediment is large, damping devices can also be installed to filter sediment and eliminate the adverse effects of dynamic pressure and waves, ensuring measurement accuracy.
