The HY-3200S magnetostrictive liquid level gauge adopts the magnetostrictive principle and has no mechanical movable parts, so it has no friction or wear. The entire converter is enclosed in a tube and is not in contact with the measuring medium. The sensor works reliably, has a long lifespan, and has a resolution better than 0.01% F.S. This is an accuracy that other sensors cannot achieve.
The magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is installed through the existing pipe opening on the tank top, which is particularly suitable for the installation of underground storage tanks and put into operation storage tanks, and can not affect normal production during the installation process.
The use of standard output signals facilitates the processing of signals by microcomputers, facilitates networking work, and improves the automation level of the entire measurement system.

1、 Product selection
1. It is recommended to use a 2088 shell type magnetic telescopic liquid level transmitter for outdoor working conditions. If a direct lead type magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter is selected under outdoor conditions, the customer's terminal needs to be connected to a waterproof junction box or other sealing measures.
When the product is installed in a thunderstorm prone area, it should be noted with "lightning protection" when ordering. It is also recommended that users install lightning protection devices on site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded, which can reduce the probability of lightning damage to the transmitter.
2、 Installation method
Installation tips:
1. When measuring the static fluid level in an open container, place the magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter vertically at the bottom of the container, and fix the cable and junction box connecting the transmitter at the opening of the container.
2. When the medium viscosity is high (such as in a sewage tank), a sleeve or bracket can be installed to ensure that the transmitter can be inserted into the bottom of the container.
3. When installing in the open air, the transmitter junction box should be placed in a well ventilated and dry place as much as possible to avoid direct exposure to strong light and rain, which may cause excessive temperature or water ingress to the housing, thereby damaging the internal circuit board.

1. There are measurement blind spots at the beginning and end of the sensor, which need to be considered during installation (please consult technical support before ordering);
2. When disassembling the instrument, it is prohibited for users to hold the casing with their hands and twist it. Instead, a wrench should be used to twist the hexagonal bolt;
3. After installing instruments on site, sealing measures should be taken to prevent liquid from seeping into the junction box;
4. It is prohibited to twist the electrical interface.
