Product overview |
The HY-2001 economical pressure transmitter uses a diffusion silicon core as the pressure sensitive core, and a dedicated integrated circuit inside converts the sensor millivolt signal into a standard current signal. It can be directly connected to computer interface cards, control instruments, intelligent instruments, or PLCs for convenience. Long distance transmission can use current output mode. Small size, light weight, all stainless steel sealing structure, suitable for working in corrosive environments. This product is easy to install and has high vibration and impact resistance, and is widely used in process control, aviation, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, HVAC and other fields.

Selection of dampers
application
Cavitation, liquid hammer, and pressure peaks may occur in air or liquid systems with varying flow rates. For example, rapid closing of valves or starting and stopping of pumps. Even at relatively low operating pressures, these problems may occur at the inlet and outlet.
Medium conditions
In liquids containing particles, nozzle blockage may occur. Vertical installation of the transmitter can greatly reduce the risk of blockage, as the flow of fluid is limited to the initial stage of start-up, and the volume behind the nozzle is fixed, and the nozzle aperture is relatively large (1.2mm).
The effect of medium viscosity on response time is minimal, even if the viscosity reaches 100 CST, the response time will not exceed 4ms.
