The internal chip of the HY-2004-F monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter adopts a MEMS monocrystalline silicon flange diaphragm pressure chip imported from Germany. The sensor signal is converted into a standard signal output through a dedicated signal processing module. After long-term aging and stability screening, the product performance is stable and reliable, and it is applied to harsh outdoor environments. At the same time, it can display on-site pressure, zero point, and full range migration.
The HY-2004-F intelligent pressure transmitter installation interface form can be processed according to user requirements, and can also provide specifications compatible with other brands of transmitters. Installation tips:
⑴ The product is horizontally installed at the on-site pressure interface.
When installing in the open air, the transmitter should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as much as possible to avoid direct exposure to strong light and rain, otherwise it may cause performance degradation or malfunction.
When the product is installed in areas with frequent lightning strikes, it should be noted with "lightning protection" when ordering. It is also recommended that users install lightning protection devices on site and ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded to reduce the probability of lightning damage to the transmitter.
If the transmitter is found to have no output or abnormal output after installation, please check whether the electrical connection is accurate and secure; Check if the power supply voltage is too low and if the load resistance is too high.
